Waypoint Partner Network

Auto Detailing Business Partnership Program in Spokane

Two ways to grow with Waypoint. One standard of work.

Present approved Waypoint interior-detailing services through your business and earn a higher commission, or send customers through a tracked referral code and earn a smaller commission after completed services. Waypoint collects payment from the customer, supplies the fulfillment, and provides approved marketing support.

Partnership approval depends on business fit, service territory, promotional methods, customer experience, Waypoint capacity, and acceptance of the applicable written agreement.

How Waypoint Tracks Referral Partner Referrals

Know Exactly When a Referral Becomes Commission

Referral partner commission is not created at click, booking, or code entry. The full lifecycle from referral to payout has seven stages. All proposed attribution rules are subject to final program agreement.

01

Link or Code Shared

Partner sends approved referral link, QR code, or promotional message.

02

Customer Visits

The referral identifier connects to the customer session.

03

Customer Books

Eligible code must be attached before service completion.

04

Service Completed

Booking alone does not create commission. Service must be performed.

05

Payment Clears

Service must be completed and paid without an active dispute.

06

Commission Approved

Waypoint calculates the eligible commission amount.

07

Payout Issued

Approved commission included in the applicable payout cycle.

Proposed Attribution Rules - Pending Final Agreement

·30-day referral window
·Entered partner code overrides an anonymous tracking cookie
·One partner receives attribution per transaction
·Existing bookings cannot be reassigned after service begins
·Self-referrals do not qualify
·Duplicate or manipulated accounts do not qualify
·Refunded or disputed transactions do not qualify
·Commission may be reversed when the related sale is reversed

Managed Partner Transaction Workflow

Present the Service Without Managing the Transaction

The managed partner workflow defines how a partner-presented service moves from customer presentation through to Waypoint billing, fulfillment, and commission reconciliation. All steps require written agreement before any transactions begin.

01

Partner Presents Approved Service

Uses approved description, terms, and customer expectations.

02

Waypoint Bills the Customer

Waypoint collects payment directly from the customer according to its standard billing process.

03

Service Request Submitted

Customer name, contact details, vehicle, service, location, scheduling, and condition notes submitted to Waypoint.

04

Waypoint Confirms Eligibility

May request photographs or additional information before confirming.

05

Waypoint Schedules and Fulfills

Customer receives preparation instructions and confirmed service scope.

06

Completion Recorded

Waypoint documents completion and relevant limitations per unit.

07

Auto Detailing Partnership Questions

Managed and Referral Partner Program FAQ

The Waypoint Partner Network is a B2B program that allows approved businesses to sell or promote eligible Waypoint interior-detailing services through two distinct models: a Managed arrangement where the partner presents the service and Waypoint collects payment and pays a higher commission, and a Referral arrangement where Waypoint manages the booking and payment and the partner earns a smaller tracked commission on completed services.
A Managed partner presents an approved service to its own customer. Waypoint collects payment from the customer and pays the managed partner a commission after the service is completed and paid for. A Referral partner promotes Waypoint using an approved code, link, or marketing material. Waypoint manages the customer booking, payment, and communication. The Referral partner earns a smaller commission percentage after the qualifying service is completed and paid.
Some approved businesses may use a managed arrangement for selected services and a referral code for services that require direct Waypoint assessment. A hybrid arrangement is reviewed on a case-by-case basis during the application and approval process.
The Essential Clean and Signature Clean are the proposed fixed-rate managed partner products at launch. Other services, including exterior detailing, paint correction, and specialty services, are not offered as standard managed partner products at this time.
Perfection Detail requires vehicle eligibility and condition review before any scope or pricing commitment. It cannot be offered at a fixed rate without Waypoint first assessing the vehicle. Approved managed partners may refer this service through the referral route or request a case-specific co-sell arrangement.
Managed partner earnings depend on the number of services completed, the agreed commission rate, marketing expenses, and other business costs. Commission is paid by Waypoint after the service is completed and payment clears. These are illustrative rates pending final approval. No income guarantee is offered.
Waypoint collects customer payment directly. The managed partner earns a commission paid by Waypoint after the service is completed and the customer payment clears. Tax obligations are the partner's responsibility and are defined in the final written agreement.
Waypoint handles refunds on transactions it processes directly. Managed and referral partner commission is reversed if the related customer transaction is refunded or disputed. Refund and chargeback terms are confirmed in the written partner agreement before any transactions occur.
Tax responsibilities are a critical part of the written agreement and must be reviewed by qualified tax and legal advisors for each partner's jurisdiction and business structure. Waypoint does not provide tax advice.
The proposed referral customer offer is $25 off a first eligible interior service priced at $190 or more. The offer must be attached before service completion. The customer receives the discount directly from Waypoint at the time of booking. This offer is proposed pending final approval.
The proposed standard referral commission is 15% of the eligible pre-tax service subtotal after the customer discount, calculated after service completion and payment. Founding partners may earn 20% on their first five qualifying completed services. These rates are illustrative and pending final program approval.
Commission is approved only after the referred service is completed, the customer payment clears without an active dispute, and Waypoint confirms eligibility. Booking alone does not create commission. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission.
Referral partner referrals are tracked through an approved partner link, QR code, or manually entered partner code. A proposed 30-day referral window connects the referral identifier to the customer session. Entered codes override anonymous tracking.
A manually entered partner code overrides an anonymous tracking cookie and does not depend on browser cookies remaining intact. Attribution rules are proposed and subject to final program agreement.
Yes. The proposed program allows customers to manually enter a valid partner code at or before checkout. Manually entered codes override cookie-based attribution from the same session.
Yes. Commission may be reversed when the related customer sale is reversed. This includes refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, manipulated referrals, and self-referrals.
Attribution rules regarding existing customers are part of the final program agreement. The proposed program does not automatically exclude existing customers from referral attribution, but this is subject to confirmation.
Self-referrals do not qualify for referral partner commission.
Paid advertising by referral partners requires prior written approval from Waypoint. Unapproved paid promotion of Waypoint services is a violation of partner standards.
Bidding on Waypoint-branded search terms in paid advertising is not permitted without explicit prior written approval.
Referral partners are required to disclose their commission relationship wherever they promote Waypoint. The required disclosure language is included in all Waypoint-approved marketing materials. Hiding the disclosure or placing it in inaccessible fine print is not permitted.
Partners may not create Waypoint advertisements, copy, or marketing materials outside the approved Partner Marketing Studio materials without prior written approval. Unapproved materials that reference Waypoint, its services, or its trademarks are not permitted.
Waypoint provides co-branded marketing materials through the Partner Marketing Studio after approval. These include counter cards, referral cards, QR-code displays, and other approved formats. Materials are provided after partnership activation and approval.
Partners may not use Waypoint before-and-after images without specific written authorization per image. Approved use cases and formats are defined in the brand guidelines provided after approval.
Partners earning commission are typically required to provide a W-9 for tax reporting purposes. Waypoint may issue applicable 1099 forms. Tax obligations are the partner's responsibility. Tax and financial information is collected through a secure onboarding process after conditional approval, not through this public application form.
Approved commission payout schedules are defined in the final partner agreement. Proposed payout cycles and minimum payout thresholds are confirmed during the onboarding process.
A minimum payout threshold is proposed as part of the partner agreement. The specific amount is confirmed during onboarding.
The Waypoint Partner Network does not offer guaranteed exclusive territory. Territory availability, competitive arrangements, and geographic limits are reviewed during the application and approval process but are not automatically granted.
Yes. Waypoint retains the right to review and reject submitted vehicles that do not meet eligibility requirements, where capacity is unavailable, or where a condition requires a service outside the agreed scope.
Waypoint handles workmanship concerns directly with the end customer according to the applicable workmanship coverage terms. Partners are required to direct customers to Waypoint for service-quality concerns rather than independently managing them.
Use the Partner Application Builder on this page to create a preliminary partner profile. When ready, submit for Waypoint review. The review covers business fit, audience, promotion methods, service territory, legal and tax setup, and operational capacity. Approval is not guaranteed and is communicated after Waypoint completes its review.
