Preexisting damage or permanent staining present before service
New damage after the vehicle is returned
Customer-applied chemicals or improper washing after service
Third-party work on the affected area before Waypoint can inspect
Material replacement not included in the original service scope
Conditions beneath inaccessible materials or within sealed components
Defects documented as remaining and disclosed before service completion
Acts of nature, road damage, impact, or collision
Claims submitted outside the applicable reporting period
Mechanical, electrical, or component failure of any kind

Email or call within the applicable reporting period. Do not have another provider address the concern first.

Provide Documentation

Name, invoice or appointment number, vehicle, date of service, description, and photographs or video.

Waypoint reviews scope, documentation, disclosed limitations, and current condition - then provides a written response.
