Waypoint at Work

The Detail Happens While the Workday Continues

Waypoint Corporate Care is designed around one principle: employees should not have to leave the workplace to maintain the vehicles they use for business. Waypoint coordinates a recurring service day at the approved business location, servicing enrolled vehicles in sequence while the company continues operating.

1

Vehicle Arrival and Access

Enrolled vehicles are made available at the agreed business location before the service day begins. Access is arranged in advance with the company contact - keys, keyless codes, or key lockboxes are common arrangements.

2

Service Sequencing

Waypoint works through enrolled vehicles in sequence based on the approved schedule. Interior services proceed regardless of weather. Exterior add-ons may be subject to weather and space conditions.

3

Employee Communication

Employees do not need to be present during service. The company account contact receives progress updates through the agreed communication channel.

4

Completion Notification

Each vehicle is documented as complete before the service day ends. The company contact receives a completion summary. Limitations or exceptions are noted per vehicle.

5

Rescheduling

Service days affected by weather, access, or capacity changes are rescheduled in coordination with the company contact. The recurring cadence resumes from the next scheduled slot.

Care Plans by Vehicle Role

Not Every Company Vehicle Needs the Same Care Plan

An executive vehicle used daily for client meetings has different care requirements than a pool vehicle shared across departments, or a field vehicle operating in heavy-use conditions. Select a vehicle role to see the recommended starting point for each.

Program Benefits

One Program Instead of Rebuilding the Appointment Every Time

Without an organized corporate account, vehicle care falls to whoever has time to coordinate it - resulting in inconsistent quality, missed appointments, and employees losing work time. Waypoint Corporate Care replaces ad-hoc scheduling with an agreed program.

Without a Corporate Account

  • Separate appointment coordination per vehicle
  • Individual payment handling
  • Inconsistent service selection
  • No shared vehicle history
  • Employee travel time to service location
  • Unclear service ownership and accountability

With Waypoint Corporate Care

  • Approved vehicle roster and agreed service levels
  • Recurring service calendar at your location
  • Centralized company contact for all communication
  • Vehicle-specific service records per enrolled unit
  • Consolidated billing where approved
  • Clear completion communication and documentation

Not every business will receive every feature automatically. Program structure is confirmed during the account review.

Account Control

The Company Decides What Is Approved

Corporate Care accounts define what is approved for each vehicle, who is responsible for payment, and which services require advance authorization. No optional work begins without the applicable approval.

No Surprise Work

Optional services require the applicable company or vehicle-owner approval before Waypoint proceeds.

Clear Payment Responsibility

The account identifies whether the company, department, or employee is responsible for each service.

Vehicle-Level History

Completed services remain connected to the applicable vehicle record throughout the account.

Corporate Care Plan Builder

Build a Preliminary Corporate Vehicle-Care Plan

The plan builder generates a preliminary Corporate Care Brief before the account review conversation. It covers company profile, vehicle count, service mix, billing, and site requirements. The summary is not a quote, schedule commitment, or service agreement.

Takes approximately 3–5 minutes. Covers 11 topics.

Business Use Cases

Designed for Businesses Whose Vehicles Are Part of the Customer Experience

Corporate vehicle care applies wherever a company vehicle is seen - by clients, tenants, employees, or the public. These use cases describe the most common business environments Waypoint Corporate Care supports.

Professional-Services Firms

Executive and client-facing vehicles maintained to a consistent appearance standard. Law firms, financial advisors, consulting organizations, and similar businesses often have executive vehicles that represent the firm before a client interaction begins.

Sales Organizations

Recurring care for vehicles used heavily by representatives and account teams. Sales vehicles accumulate interior wear quickly - recurring service maintains the presentation expected of a client-facing professional.

Property Management

Presentation-focused care for vehicles regularly seen by tenants, owners, and vendors. A property manager's vehicle signals professionalism at every site visit.

Hospitality and Transportation

Passenger-area maintenance for shuttles and guest-facing vehicles. Shuttle and transport vehicles receive heavy passenger use - Waypoint maintains the interior between service cycles.

Small Business Leadership

Organized care for owner, manager, and key company vehicles without separate appointment coordination. A small business can receive the same recurring care structure as a large corporate account.

Employee Vehicle-Cleaning Days

Optional workplace service events where eligible employees arrange and pay for their own services on a shared company service day. This model requires Waypoint operational confirmation before it is offered.

Pilot Service Day

Test the Experience Before Building a Recurring Program

A pilot corporate care day lets the business evaluate Waypoint's service quality, timing, location suitability, and communication process before committing to a recurring program. Pilot scope, pricing, vehicle count, and evaluation criteria are confirmed in writing before any service occurs.

  1. 1.Select three to five representative vehicles.
  2. 2.Confirm the service-day location and access.
  3. 3.Establish communication path and key-handling process.
  4. 4.Complete approved services on the confirmed scope.
  5. 5.Review quality, timing, and communication with the company contact.
  6. 6.Decide whether recurring Corporate Care is appropriate.

The Corporate Care Launch offer does not automatically apply to a standalone pilot unless the company activates the three-month program after the pilot.

Executive vehicles, sales vehicles, client shuttles, pool vehicles, field vehicles, and company-owner vehicles are all eligible. Boats and RVs use a separate quoting process. Vehicle eligibility is confirmed during the account review.

Yes. The corporate account identifies payment responsibility by vehicle or vehicle type. Company-paid vehicles follow the approved billing process. Employee-paid services are arranged separately but can be coordinated under the same service day. Note: personal vehicles belonging to employees are booked under standard retail terms by the vehicle owner - the company pays only. Waypoint's contract and billing relationship for those vehicles is with the individual, not the company.
Centralized billing is an account feature discussed and confirmed during the program review. Billing terms, grouping, and documentation requirements are part of the account setup process and are not assumed to be available before a program is confirmed.
Yes. The account can define approved service levels per vehicle or vehicle role. No additional services begin without the applicable authorization. Per-vehicle service controls are reviewed and confirmed during account setup.
Optional work outside the approved service level requires authorization from the designated company contact before proceeding. Waypoint will not begin additional work without confirmation.
Yes. Each enrolled vehicle can have its own service record including completed services, condition notes, and recommended next steps. The form of these records is confirmed during account setup.
Completion photographs are available where included in the account's agreed service scope. Photo requirements and delivery method are confirmed during account setup.
Multiple locations may be eligible depending on geography, access, scheduling, and capacity. Multi-location programs are reviewed and confirmed separately for each site.
Recommended frequency depends on vehicle role, use, condition, and the company's presentation standards. Executive and client-facing vehicles typically benefit from monthly service. Sales and pool vehicles may require monthly or more frequent attention. Final cadence is confirmed during account review.
Waypoint requires a suitable surface, adequate working space around each vehicle, and appropriate access including keys or keyless entry. Water and electrical access requirements vary by service type. Access requirements are reviewed during the location assessment.
Weather-affected service days are rescheduled in coordination with the company contact. Mobile exterior services are more weather-dependent than interior services. Contingency arrangements are discussed during account setup.
Some services require water and electrical access. The specific requirements depend on the service type. Location suitability and access requirements are reviewed before any service is scheduled.
Yes. Paint correction and ceramic coating can be included for eligible vehicles in a corporate program. These services require a separate scope review and may require in-shop completion depending on the work involved.
The Corporate Care Launch offer requires a three-month commitment for a minimum of three vehicles. Other corporate arrangements do not have a universal contract requirement - program terms are confirmed during the account review.
The Corporate Care Launch offer includes complimentary account setup, a baseline condition record for each of the first three enrolled vehicles, and a complimentary Exterior Detail on each of the first three vehicles during the initial service cycle. The maximum current value is up to $237. Minimum three enrolled vehicles and a three-month recurring commitment are required. All terms are confirmed during the account review.
Yes. Waypoint offers a pilot corporate care day to confirm service quality, timing, location suitability, and communication before a recurring program is established. Pilot scope, pricing, vehicle count, and evaluation criteria are confirmed in writing before service.
Account setup involves a review of location, vehicles, scheduling, access, services, and billing requirements. Timeline depends on the complexity of the program and the availability of an appropriate service day. Waypoint does not guarantee a specific start date before the review is complete.
Quality concerns are addressed through the designated company contact. Waypoint documents completion and any limitations in every service record. The resolution process is confirmed during account setup.
