Both. We offer mobile detailing that comes to your home or workplace, and in-shop services for work requiring more time or specialized equipment. Mold remediation, for example, is in-shop only. Perfection Detail, paint correction, ceramic coating, mold remediation and odor treatment are in-shop only. On mobile visits Waypoint brings its own water and power.

The Essential Clean takes up to 90 minutes and the Signature Clean up to 150 minutes; those are maximums, and if the vehicle needs more we stop and ask before adding anything. The Perfection Detail is an in-shop drop-off that takes about six hours.

The Essential Clean ($190, up to 90 minutes) is a maintenance clean for vehicles in generally good condition, cracks and crevices included. The Signature Clean ($290, up to 150 minutes) adds 60 minutes, leather conditioning, UV plastic protectant, treatment of up to three stains (removal not guaranteed), double vacuuming, deeper floor-mat cleaning and floor spot shampooing. The Perfection Detail ($749, in-shop, about six hours) is a full restoration with deep extraction and interior ceramic protection. The Perfection Detail is not available as a membership service.

Yes. Pet hair removal is an add-on: $40 for limited areas or $80 for heavy hair throughout. Extensive pet hair removal is included in the Perfection Detail. If pet hair is severe, we'll assess it before starting.

We offer a Child Car Seat Cleaning add-on for $15: a vacuum and wipe-down of the seat where it sits. We never remove, reinstall, take apart or shampoo child seats. For fabric cleaning, follow the manufacturer's machine-wash instructions.

Flat-rate, with one price for every vehicle size. You know the price before we arrive. Prices exclude taxes and fees. Boats are priced per foot and fleet programs are quoted.

Yes. Every service requires a $70 deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied to your final service total, it's not an additional fee, and the balance is due after the service is completed.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, the $70 deposit is forfeited. Nothing else is charged.

Yes. Adding a Wash & Wax to another service is $79 (compared to $150 standalone). You can add it during the booking process or ask your technician on the day of service if time permits.

Pick a package (Essential Clean, Signature Clean, or Wash & Wax) and how often you want service: weekly, monthly, every two months, or yearly. Memberships are charged per visit, after each visit - there is no monthly bill. Per-visit member prices: Essential $100 weekly, $149 monthly, $160 every two months, $180 yearly; Signature $210 / $249 / $260 / $280; Wash & Wax $100 / $120 / $130 / $140 (plus tax). Your first visit is free, and every paid visit takes the standard $70 booking deposit with the balance due after service. You can also prepay a year of monthly visits: pay for 9, get 12. Members receive priority scheduling and member pricing on additional services.

No. The Perfection Detail is not available as a membership service. It is a one-time restoration service for heavily neglected vehicles. Memberships are designed for vehicles that receive regular maintenance.

Yes. Memberships have a three-visit minimum. If you cancel before your third visit is completed, your free first visit is charged at your package's membership rate for your chosen frequency; after three completed visits there is no cancellation charge. Missed or skipped visits can be rescheduled. Contact us or cancel from your account and we'll show you any amount before you confirm.

A heavily neglected vehicle may require a one-time Signature Detail at full price ($290) to bring it up to a maintainable condition before a membership can begin. We'll let you know during your assessment.

Mold remediation is an in-shop service. Small remediation (one area, under about a quarter of the cabin) is $450. Full remediation (multiple areas) starts at $1,900 and is a 14-day shop process. If mold returns after the moisture source has been fixed, we re-treat it free. Remediation does not clean the A/C evaporator or HVAC ducts, and we don't make medical or health-safety promises.

No. Mold remediation is an in-shop service only. It requires specialized equipment and environmental controls that are not feasible on-site at a residence or workplace.

Active mold is a biological growth that can be treated. Permanent staining is cosmetic damage to fabric, carpet, or surfaces that may remain after mold is removed. We'll explain the distinction clearly during your assessment.
