Our flat-rate interior services have set time maximums. The Essential Clean is up to 1.5 hours, while the Signature Clean is up to 2.5 hours. The Perfection Detail is results-based and may take longer depending on the vehicle's condition.
The Essential Clean is designed for reasonably maintained vehicles at a flat $190 rate, with up to 1.5 hours of service. The Signature Clean provides a deeper clean for vehicles needing more attention at a flat $290 rate, with up to 2.5 hours of service. The Perfection Detail is a $749 results-based service and may take longer depending on the vehicle's condition. It is not available through memberships.

Waypoint memberships offer recurring Essential or Signature detailing, with monthly plans starting at $149 and additional service frequencies available.
No. The Perfection Detail is not available as a membership service. If your vehicle requires a Perfection service first, you can begin a membership for ongoing maintenance afterward.
Standard bookings require a $70 deposit to confirm your appointment. Custom-quote services (including mold remediation, scratch repair, water spot removal, boats, and RVs) do not require a deposit until a quote is approved and an appointment is confirmed.
Yes. Your $70 deposit is applied toward your final service total. It reserves your appointment and is not an additional fee.
Yes. Pet hair removal is available as an add-on starting at $40. Many stains can be significantly improved or completely removed depending on their type, age, and the material. We will always explain realistic expectations before beginning work.
Technicians do not remove child seats and do not shampoo child-seat fabric. The Child Seat Surface Clean ($15) includes crumb removal, surface stain cleaning, and deep cleaning of accessible plastic surfaces. For deeper fabric cleaning, follow the manufacturer's machine-washing instructions.
Our mold remediation process includes a full assessment and inspection, interior disassembly when necessary, mold-source remediation, deep cleaning and sanitization, HVAC treatment, and a final inspection. Every remediation comes with a written guarantee. We clearly distinguish between active mold and permanent cosmetic staining.
