Upon completion of mold remediation services, Waypoint provides a written guarantee that if mold returns within the covered period under normal conditions, we will perform follow-up treatment at no additional charge.

HVAC System Treatment
The ventilation system is fogged and treated. This step is non-negotiable. Untreated HVAC recirculates spores.
Extraction & Sanitization
Full extraction of contaminated material. Deep cleaning of all remaining surfaces.
Written Guarantee Issued
Upon completion we issue a written guarantee. If mold returns within the covered period, we address it at no charge.
