Upon completion of mold remediation services, Waypoint provides a written guarantee: if mold returns after the moisture source has been fixed, we re-treat it at no additional charge.
Documented in writing at service completion
Every completed mold remediation includes a written guarantee document provided to the customer. Specific terms, covered period, and conditions are communicated clearly before and after service.

We inspect the entire vehicle with UV lights, moisture meter, and visual examination before providing a quote.
Scope Confirmed
Small remediation covers one area under about a quarter of the cabin; full remediation covers multiple areas. Seats are not removed.
Mold Treatment
Affected cabin materials are treated with professional antimicrobial agents, not surface sprays.
Extraction & Deep Cleaning
Extraction and deep cleaning of the affected areas. Full remediation is a 14-day process in our shop.
Final Inspection
We inspect the treated areas and walk you through the result, including any permanent staining.
Re-Treatment Promise
If mold returns after the moisture source has been fixed, we re-treat it free.

Small remediation (one area, under about a quarter of the cabin) is $450. Full remediation (multiple areas) starts at $1,900 and takes 14 days in our shop.
